Up to 20 attendees including couple 3 hour booking slots 9am-10pm Cake: None Toast: None Officiant: Provided by wedding party (or) Provided for additional fee due at time of service Photographer: Provided by the wedding party, local suggestions available Floral & Décor: Provided by wedding party Parking: Provided by venue, signs denoting areas, up to 20 vehicles, special access parking for disabled persons. Sound: Optional sound system provided by venue, play lists must be provided in CD or MP3 format Sanitation: Portable toilets accessible at barn Timeline Example: 1 hour wedding couple arrival & 1st look ½ hour ceremony 1 hour photos ½ hour photos & departure

Cancellation Policy

Any booking refund will only be refunded at 95% to cover CFLC registration and processing costs, no exceptions. General booking cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled time will be charged the full booking amount, no exceptions. No refunds will be given on any deposits collected, if applicable to the service. SPECIAL NOTICE ***Wedding venue bookings cancelled 14 or less days prior to the booked event will be charged the full amount, no exceptions-most often these booking cannot be filled when cancelled on such short notice. Special consideration may be made if the booking is filled, but would still be subject to the 95% policy to recover processing fees.***
