About the Event

Thank you for your interest in our annual Lavender Celebration. Our event captures the peak of our lavender harvest held on the second full weekend (Fri-Sun) of every July. For 2023 our event will be open Friday July 7th 10a-6p, Saturday July 8th 10a-6p, and Sunday July 9th 10a-4p with an OPTIONAL early bird setup on Thursday July 6th. We provide a taste of the Mediterranean style lavender field with a great open air market for our visitors.

We can provide an opportunity for you to work together with us in between regular craft fairs, bazaars, and holiday based sales to draw a large number of customers seeking different handcrafted and direct sale items. Started in 2016, the event continues to grow. Our weekend event attracts visitors from all over Washington to as far as Central Oregon.

Your booth fee is used for marketing and essential services such as the bathroom servicing & rental, toiletries, patron garbage services, cleaners, signage, and various other logistical preperations. Previous event fees have been used for marketing in print, email, online, social, and local radio and help us continue to add to our event supplies such as picnic tables, wash stations, and other items that the weekend visitors enjoy. We do not pro rate booth fees for partial attendance due to the low fee structure in general and the same amount if not more logistical effort required in planning placement of those attending less than the full 3 days. Please select the appropriate ticket for your booth size.

We also provide demonstrations and crafts using our lavender to our guests who typically stay, shop, and visit for 1-2 hours on average. If you have a free demonstration you think would be good to market e.g. "how to" "crafting" or "professional training" or other demonstration of special interest to visitors that would get people excited to come, please email the information to us so we can add it to the general ticketing webpage and event schedule. The main event, attendance, and parking are always free to our visitors and the star of the show is our lavender U-Pick!

  • Exclusive Photography Vendor

    Allows special access during the lavender festival to utilize the field for their own pre-booked customers and to additionally set up a booth to acquire sessions from attendees. This booking includes standard location access to our field during the blocked festival time frame. Only one professional photographer spot is available for the festival weekend. This ticket also allows the photographer access to the field until 8pm to continue booked sessions 2 hours after closing.

    Reserved positions for approved community outreach, educational, or volunteer services where services or materials are distributed at no immediate or future cost. Sales may not be conducted.

    Use this free ticket to hold position if a spot has already been booked e.g. Tupperwear vendor already registered, but you want to be notified if they cancel so you can attend. We will work down the list by order received when needed.
