Mushrooms

We have a variety of wild mushrooms on the farm, if you are experienced in identifying wild mushrooms you may harvest them from the immediate camp areas, just do not take more than you will use during your stay and be sure to harvest properly. If you do not know how to properly identify, cook, or harvest wild mushrooms in a manner that is safe and promotes spread- then simply don't. Improper harvesting techniquies can lead to a reduction in the mycelium we are trying to actively promote as part of our reforestation goals. Varieties spotted or spawned include:

Turkey Tail

Wine Cap

Oyster (Pink & White)

King Bolete

Chantrelle
