Evening Photography Use

Service Description

Book time on the farm to take commissioned photos or for you and your own photographer to create wonderful memories unobstructed by actively working machinery, harvesting, or tourism activities. Session prices are based on one four hour block. If you need help locating a photographer, email us before scheduling, we have a few local recommendations. Bookings do not allow additional time for set up and breakdown so you must be set up and broken down within your allotted time as a courtesy to others who have scheduled. If needed and time is not booked before or after your appointment by others you may extend your bookings on a pro-rated basis.

Cancellation Policy

Any booking refund will only be refunded at 95% to cover CFLC registration and processing costs, no exceptions. General booking cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled time will be charged the full booking amount, no exceptions. No refunds will be given on any deposits collected, if applicable to the service. SPECIAL NOTICE ***Wedding venue bookings cancelled 14 or less days prior to the booked event will be charged the full amount, no exceptions-most often these booking cannot be filled when cancelled on such short notice. Special consideration may be made if the booking is filled, but would still be subject to the 95% policy to recover processing fees.***
