About the Recipe
A perfect balance of herbs, this mix should be at the ready. Although not appropriate on all dishes, this aromatic collection can accent most all meats and stews and always works out when you are unsure of how to season a dish. Use whole, or for finer applications where you would not like a whole lavender bud floating around mix in a blender or small processor prior to putting it in your jar. For lavender, we typically use the rules of: used as a side garnish or display (use whole), used in a cooked liquid, marinade, or sauce (use whole/part ground), used on top remaining dry (finely grind).
